We’ve just joined the CafeMedia family and will be bringing our SEO content optimization technologies to their community of leading content publishers.
In order to focus on serving the thousands of publishers that work with CafeMedia, we’re going to be sunsetting the Topic platform for external customers.
How will this impact my account?
It’s important to us to ensure a smooth transition for you. So while we are canceling your subscription as of your next monthly renewal date, you will still be able to access the platform at your current usage level until December 31, 2021 at no cost. You’ll find an off-boarding guide here in our help center. It will walk you through the steps necessary to export and archive any briefs you have stored on our platform.
The off-boarding guide includes alternative tools that you can switch to as well as exclusive discounts that we’ve negotiated for existing Topic customers.
If you are an AdThrive customer, you will be able to continue using Topic through the AdThrive Content Optimization dashboard.
We’ve worked with many of our customers for years and you all helped get us to this point, so we didn’t make this decision lightly.
We started Topic to solve a personal problem we faced: creating high-quality content faster. And while hundreds of customers use our tool to optimize thousands of articles every month, we realized that we can make a bigger impact if we joined the CafeMedia family. Their (and now our) mission is to keep the promise of the open web — to allow everyone to earn a living through their content.
